From zero to scale, I help founders get products out of their head and into execution-ready systems that teams can run without constant oversight.

I work with early-stage B2B and AI SaaS teams to turn ambiguous ideas and founder-driven decisions into clear, scalable products. My focus is on outcomes over pixels and systems over screens.

Over past 6 years, I’ve been a founding designer at 2 startups:

CityGen: Led design for a three-product govtech platform used by 40,000+ users. Prototypes helped the team represent India as a global finalist at the $400K ADB Technology Innovation Challenge.
Cone (YC S22): Joined during early growth and became a core product voice. Designed 4 flagship SaaS tools for UK accounting firms, collapsing 10+ fragmented tools into a single practice management system now used by 3,000+ firms.

Founders I work with rely on me not just for UX, but for clarity, prioritization, and momentum. I specialize in agentic workflows, onboarding, permissions, and systems that teams can run without constant founder involvement.
